Major processes are injection molding, chrome plating, painting and assembly. Major customers are Ford, GM, Volvo, Novares (global), ITW (global), WITTE, ADAC, SMR (global), Magna (global), U-Shin (SA & EU), Yanfeng (NA & EU), Zanini and so on.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage Customer’s quality complaints (0 km and field return)
• Carry-out root cause and leak-out analysis and reply corrective & preventive action report within the Customer specified due dates.
• Negotiate to Customer to accept on quality issues that is still functionally acceptable.
• Frequently review Customer Specific Requirements (CSR)
• Prepare Control Plans and Work Instructions for the new projects.
• Perform control plan audit.
• Support project team for the safe launch by reviewing PPAP documents, training the operators and implement GP-12/safe launch quality wall for the new project.
• Tracking the performance ratings (scorecards) from all the customers and present to the management in the monthly review meeting.
• Tracking and analyzing the RMA data.
• Maintain the summary of customer complaints, tracking customer PPM & delivery rating

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule & conduct internal process audit, product audit, quality system audit, EOHS Audit and 5S audit. Follow-up for the NC closure.
• Prepare and share MIS reports such as QCDDMSES, DO33, QA-MIS, VAVE, etc., to the corporate.
• Coordinate to conduct department wise MRM and plant MRM in a planned frequency.
• Prepare the plant for ISO TS 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, MSS (MATE Standard Systems) audits and customer audits (Nissan-ASES, Ford-MSA and MMOG-LE)
