- Responsible for overall China Quality Management system, ensure the compliance per group level procedures, and guidance the system at plant level ;
- Provide training, monitoring, audit for the Quality Management procedures, to ensure company is running in a systematical way per ISO9001;
- Drive continuous improvement activities among the China central functions and plant level, with the tools from group, such as A3, LSS, and quality tools as Problem Solving and 8D;
- Work with plants to identify the Good Practice sharing and Lesson learn, make sure all of these are well implemented in related plant with final validation as a close loop;
- Being as the lead auditor to plan and do the manufacturing process audit at each plant. Managing the group level audit platform "Checker" for compliance;
- Work with plant quality to plan the Quick Process Audit, filter out the common issues and chase for corrective actions;
- Being as the key coordinator between group quality and local plants to trial and implement any new digital tools, and Quality Module for SAP 1C;
- Reporting for regular quality data, including customer Claim, COPQ, supplier NC, etc. provide the analysis for team's understanding and improvement;
- Work with Purchasing and plant quality to plan the yearly supplier audit, join the audit for critical suppliers, monitoring the progress;
- Take lead on overall Supplier Quality Management, including the outsourcing suppliers, draft the Supplier Quality Manual, handle the critical issues with plant quality, support purchasing to do annually supplier performance evaluation, initiate the supplier improvement plan.
- Good experience at ISO9001 execution at global company with multiple plants in a region, IATF16949 is preferred;
- Knowledgeable at continuous improvement concept and tools, such as the 5 tools for IATF16949 and Lean Six Sigma;
- Good skill as a lead auditor for both process audit and supplier audit;
- Prefer to have the experience at cable industry, understand the cable manufacturing process and quality control points;
- Experience at supplier quality management;
- Working as Quality lead role more than 3 years;
- Excellent skill at communication and coordination across plants and multi functions;
- Fluent at English as working language.
