- Manage and develop QA dept.
- GUPS on QA dept.
- Develop and coach subordinates;
- Responsible for Customer complain treatment ,handle customer system audit and process audit,
- Involve in new project or product development, handle PPAP
- Responsible for the process control, and Involve in continuous improvement of product quality
- and process control;
- Control the effective running with GUPT procedure, process, WI, spec.
- Reduce PPM, customer complaint, COPQ annually.
- Coordinate the internal complaint for quality issue.
- Work with production, process and reduce S&D, material waste.
- Handle the internal process audit and follow up corrective and preventive actions;
- Handle the product audit and follow up corrective and preventive actions;
- Review feasibility study report of new product and process identification;
- Supplier quality audit and quality control, improvement.
- Test lab inspection result distribution, result coordinate to improve.
- Production capability analysis and drive the improvement.
- Do Monthly quality reports to GUA, and Arrange Monthly quality meeting.
- Responsible for quality system maintain and develop
- Implement applicable company HES policy, regulations, management system and responsible for applicable company emergency program implementation.
- Monitor staff to implement applicable HES laws, regulations and HES management program of site operation, responsible for staff HES performance rating.
- Responsible for company HSE police、HSE manage system and the emergency plan implement in the department.
- Supervise the employee of the department to carry out each HSE law in point and responsible for the performance of the department and employee.
- Other tasks or duties as assigned.
