- Providing EHS training and refresh training for newcomers and employees according to the training matrix, in order to improve employees' EHS awareness.
- Providing training to contractors and supervising their work in ZJG plant to ensure their behaviors to be align with JM EHS requirements.
- Daily site tour to inspect working conditions and operator behaviors, and set up the database for observations tracking, in order to manage all risks in ZJG plant
- Following up and supervising EHS regular monitoring, and develop corrective & preventive actions, in order to ensure compliance.
- Supervising IH/OH program in plant to meet JM IH/OH standards and regulations requirement
- Supporting and coaching risk assessment in ZJG plant
- Supervising incident investigation, supporting to develop corrective & preventive actions tracking.
- Communicating with authorities, such as presenting the meeting, completing submission, following up the requirements, tracking the special work training schedule, and etc.
- Assisting to improve visual management in ZJG plant, in order to comply with laws & regulations and improve EHS culture
- Executing PPE management to comply with occupational health requirements
- Managing EHS documents, both hardcopy and e-copy
- Continues improve site EHS managements system, site EHS procedures, ISO 45001 system and other EHS related system. Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Chemical, Safety related, Safety Engineer Registration Certificate is preferred.
- Could communicate (read & written) in English,oral English is preferred.
- Familiarize with Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills, both for internal and external, especially be good at or can be good at coaching and communication with operatorsGood team players, Strong learningandexecutive willingness.
