- Develop, implement and manage quality KPI under control including customer/process/supply PPM, customer complaints, conduct yearly/quarterly/monthly/weekly review, develop corrective and preventative action, work with process, testing, production and other departments to drive improvement action executed fast and effectively.
- Communicate with customers, AP, Global team and internally to manage and control LPA (Layer Process Audit) process to meet and/or exceed customer expectations.
- Control supply quality, work with AP/Global team, conduct on-site audit for continuous improvement or prevention.

- Report to senior management and external party on quality performance through various channels including Manufacturing and Quality reports, Operation review, online eQOS (quality operation systems) etc.
- Technical degree with 8-10 years manufacturing experience (Steering & automotive – a plus).
- BS Engineering Degree related
- Experience with Automotive quality-related activities such as SPC, DOE, FMEA, and 8D.
