- Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Chinese
- 5+ years of experience in product planning, product management, electric or automation project experience in automobile or construction equipment industry preferred
- Strong business-related understanding. Excellent knowledge within products, offering, regulations and customer features in area of responsibility, partnership.
- BS/MS Degree holder or equivalent, majoring in electromechanical, software, motor system and control or relevant field.
- Experience in product management in a matrix organization
- Excellent product planning and implementation agility
- Strong collaboration, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Customer focus
- Good analytical skills and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Frequent travel required.

What you will do
Build the long-term product development portfolio view including categories, platform and strategic in prioritized areas.
Make long term market and volume forecasts as input to E-mob product strategy and participate in the definition of product project volumes and target.
Collect and analyze industry trend to identify customer needs, benchmark and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product strategy and roadmap.
Analyze application case and develop solution to customers. Build up business case through profit/loss analysis.
Plan and manage E-mob product life cycle and portfolio offering. Develop E-mob product roadmap and lead the implementation of product development plans and localizations.
Collaborate with engineering teams to define product requirements, features, and specifications. Lead the development process from concept to production, ensuring alignment with market needs and technological advancements.
Develop a deep understanding of electric driveline technology, including motors, batteries, power electronics, and control systems. Stay abreast of advancements in the field and incorporate relevant technologies into product offerings.
Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry standards related to electric vehicle driveline systems. Ensure that products comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Identify product value, advantage, highlight for proper positioning in target segment. Create promotion material and formulate selling points to support sales organization.
Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to drive awareness, generate leads. Support sales to develop customers and achieve company sales target and long-term revenue growth strategy.
