It has the integrative functions such as technology commercialization, standardized product capability building, as well as market insight and business analysis.

Location Shanghai

Key Responsibility

• Standardized marketing material output and external alliance management
• To support in strategy development, execution of organization plans and proactive preparation of deliverables.
• Business Analytics and Insights, integrated support to sale teams on commercial excellence, to ensure effective customer engagement
• Frame and evaluate product development strategies
• To overall coordinate in business planning, review, and follow up

任职资格:

Qualifications

• Master's degree in life sciences or medical field, with more than 2 years of relevant industrial experience.
• Seasoned technical knowledge in drug discovery; strategic and critical mindset and familiarity in business case build;
• Strong interpersonal skills with multi-tasking capability and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and matrix environment;
• Highly motivated and results driven, demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills;
• Ability to effectively present ideas and processes in both written & oral communications.
• Demonstrated communication skills in both English and Chinese

• Overseas education and working experience
• Experience in marketing, strategy planning and project management
