-Responsible for product management of building control field device product in North Asia, including valve & actuator, sensor, meter, and other BAS(BMS) products.
Develop and ensure the winning product portfolio that support business growth ambitions
Lead product localization process and support new product, working with internal different function teams and external suppliers, keep communication with global team during the progress.
Analyzing the market, competition, technology & development, collect voice of customer, identify market needs and new opportunities, define value proposition, delivery market request specification and clarify target customer, application and position.
Own and manage the entire life cycle of the portfolio, including product customization, launch and phase out planning, and product strategy implementation.
Perform technical training/seminar internal and external partner/customers, to promote and delivery product knowledge, improve the competence level of regional technical support, sales, and partners.
-- On site visit to customers and support regional sales to understand customer needs
Explore export business opportunities and support export business growth, communication with global team, understand their application and request, introduce local portfolio to international markets, provide related training and support if needed.
Monitoring key competitors and dashboard for managed portfolio (sales, profitability, etc.), interact with regions to understand trends, and initiate and follow-up relevant actions.
Required qualifications:
Have a master's degree in HVAC /automation, or candidate with a bachelor's degree with in-depth industry knowledge preferred. 1-3 years working experience in product marketing, technical support in MNCs, or HVAC design institute. Experience in building automation industry, knowledge of valve & actuator, sensor would be a plus. Strong analytical skills, quick learner and able to work under pressure. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirits, strong ownership,
self-motivated and resulted oriented. Fluent English is needed.
