- Strong understanding of project management principles and project management skills. Proven track record of managing complex digital projects, from concept to delivery. Ability to handle several projects at a given time.

- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve strategic goals.
- Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Proven track record in successfully implementing ERP, MES/MOM, APS, labor management, TMS/WMS/QMS, TPM, Lean manufacturing systems, BI/data analytics, factory automation, other operation technologies in the manufacturing industry offering complex configurable products.
- Good knowledge in cloud technology (AWS, Ali Cloud).
- Demonstrated capability to work in cross functional leadership team.
- Lean / Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement methodologies certifications (desired).
- Deep understanding of IT methodologies like: Scrum, Lean, Kanban and other agile techniques, good knowledge in digital system product management.
- Understand programming language like Java, .net, etc
- Proven experience in management of outsourced vendors during project implementation, system integration and support.
- Ability to multi-tasks and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Master's degree in information systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, MBA, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience related to IT Management or other information technology. At least 5 years of senior leadership role in a multi-national company with a regional responsibility and overseeing teams.
- Willing to travel (up to 25%)
