    职位描述:



    1.Prepare Quotations/Proposals based on the thorough understanding of customer needs and the integration of inputs from key stakeholders.
    2. Establish CMC project timelines and deliverables. Define project tasks and resource requirements. Participate in the planning and implementation of project within STA CMC project team.
    3. Coordinate internal CMC activities cross functionally to ensure project is executed as planned. Closely monitor project progression/risks to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget. Timely update project progress to all key stakeholders.
    4. Support technical team to investigate potential risks and implement mitigation actions. Escalate to Sr. management in STA as needed.
    5. Serve as the single point of contact for clients (especial bio-pharm company), manage day-to-day communications.
    6. Organize regular project meetings, prepare meeting agenda and minutes, and follow through action items.
    7. Assess project results and identify opportunities for future improvements.
    8. Provide support to business development team on customer visits, conferences or tradeshows.
    9. Ensure the satisfaction of client through the project life cycle, and support to expand business opportunities

    任职资格:


    1. Ph. D. or Master in pharmaceutical formulation development or equivalent degree.
    2. Knowledge, training or experiences on pharmaceutical formulation development, pharmaceutical product analysis, registration, GMP regulations, or production.
    3. Excellent oral and written skill in English and Mandarin.
    4. Demonstrated skills in project management in cross functional/global environment
    years in CRO, CMO or Pharma
    6. Excellent communication skill, result-driven, fast learner and team player
    7. Cross functional leadership in project management
    8. PMP certification Preferred
    9. Junior talents with high potential and smooth communications will also be considered
