- Responsible for branch's Banca revenue target and their individual target based on IS scorecard.
- Joint call withRM on Banca products (mainly focused on RP products).
- Provide onsite training on Banca products to frontline to ensure annual 40-hour training required by regulator.
- Accountable for implementing and complying with AML requirements when performing duties.
- Compliance with local Regulators and laws – The role holder would be responsible for ensuring 100% compliance with the country laws and regulations. This would involve periodic review of the existing policies of Bancassurance
