As an HSE Specialist (职业健康安全与环保专员) for Motion Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will be responsible for assisting implement and maintaining HSE management systems(IS014001,ISO45001,ISO

This position reports to

HSE Manager

Your responsibilities

• Implementing HSE related risk assessment and update relevant work instructions if necessary
• Providing support and guidance to employees on HSE best practices and compliance issues
• Conducting HSE inspection and follow up corrective actions
• Supporting construction project risk assessment and approval
• Providing HSE training for new employees and special HSE topic training
• Organizing the occupational physical check for related operator regularly as requirement and keep related document well
• Completing related HSE data collection and report as requirement
• Assisting incident investigation, root cause analysis, etc.

Your background

• Bachelor, safety, environment, manufacturing technology, mechanical or electrical engineering are preferred
• 2 or 3 years working with environmental, health and safety matters in similar or other industrial business, working with management systems
• General IT experience at user level familiar with MS Office; Certified safety engineer is preferred
• Basic knowledge of EHS regulations, standards, and best practices
• The comprehension of the national HSE laws and regulations system is essential.
• Proficiency Chinese, and can write and read in English
