As a Segment Specialist for Motion Business Area in making up national HVAC industry strategies based on the practical analysis of regional market situation, ABB product line and regional sales team both from ABB and CP.

This is a position with global grade

Your responsibilities

• Directing reginal industry sales to achieve the industry annual target base on the regional industry sub-strategy and virtual report mechanism. Developing industry dedicated channel partner networks
• Coordinating sales team to achieve cross region business, including project and OEM order
• Collecting industry success story or novel typical segment application, introduce the success experience to suitable region for business improvement
• Researching on the industry segment knowledge and prepare industry white paper aiming ABB industry solution, and transfer the industry knowledge to both the regional sales and channel partners
• Following the industry developing trend and market intelligence, give practical adjust advice in time to both LD and sale team aiming the changed situation
• Organizing industry marketing activity

Your background

• Bachelor's degree or above, MBA as a plus, major in Marketing/Engineering
• Minimum 5 years working experience in HVAC industry related background
• Proficient in computer skill, PPT & Excel professional
• Familiar with HVAC industry, especially the design institute, EPC, system integrator and EU resource
• Good at communication skills in Chinese/English, and leadership preferred
