As a Quality Specialist for Process Automation Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will be responsible for driving the cross-functional team to investigate the root cause and take effective actions to solve the problem.

Your responsibilities

Handling customers' complaint and respond customer timely, meets and exceeds customer requirement
Being responsible for CCRP coordinator and drive the issue resolution owner to close the issue before target date
Keeping deep and positive communication with global customers
Being responsible for quality data collection and analysis for quality performance improvement purpose
Leading the monthly quality meeting with key accounts
Handling non-conformity parts returned and issue NCR to follow up quality improvement solution
Being responsible for quality report prepared
Ensuring active development of quality mindset to all parts of supply chain, leading by example and coach to improve colleagues

Your background

Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical, electric, automation related and at least 3 years quality experience in an international company
5 years' or more experience in Manufacturing/production related field, a solid background of quality control in heavy duty machinery industry
Familiar with QC tools, 5Why, fishbone, control plan, 8D methodology are must
Analytical, Attention to details, Commitment to Excellence, Problem solving, Communicate effectively
Excellent planning, organization, prioritization, and interpersonal skills
Quality System management and Quality Audit experience is preferred
Fluent in oral and written English, Skilled with MS Office
