- Lead the team to drive Company COQ (cost of quality) across the plant.
- Identify the key process driver towards Cpk improvement.
- Support the quality team to effectively implement quality strategies.
- Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System as per IATF 16949 and compliance to customer and regulatory requirements.
- Drive improvement actions to ensure capable products and manufacturing processes.
- Drive lesson-learnt across to similar projects and product platforms.
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Bachelor's degree
- With solid continuous improvement experience in regarding LEAN, TPM, COQ, OEE, etc.
- Strong in root cause analysis methodology and able to identify the key process driver towards Cpk improvement.
- Experienced in problem solving and continuous improvement tools like 8D, 5-Why, DOE, Six Sigma.
- Good interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
