岗位职责 Responsibility
1.主导/参与新产品导入,负责新产品工艺设计、工艺文件编写、工装夹具准备和管理、设备准备和管理、工艺优化改进和创新管,开发安全和符合法规的先进工艺;
Lead/participate in NEW product introduction, responsible for new product process design, process document preparation, fixture preparation and management, equipment preparation and management, process optimization and improvement and innovation, and develop advanced processes that are safe and comply with regulations
2.量产机型制造工艺维护与更新,设计改进产线布局;
Maintain and update the manufacturing process of mass production models, design and improve the layout of production lines
3. 执行和跟踪工程变更,对工装设备进行工艺变更风险评估;
Implement and track engineering changes, and conduct process change risk assessment for new equipment
4. 提供制造工艺相关技术支持及培训,及时解决装配工艺问题;
Provide technical support and training for manufacturing process, solve assembly process problems timely
5. 生产线Routing 维护和释放;
Routing maintenance and release for production line
6. 生产部SQDC领域改善项目发掘和推进;
Explore and promote SQDC improvement project in production department
知识和能力要求Knowledge & Competence Requirement
1.具备基础工艺知识,产品设计相关经验,或者相关装配生产线设计以及维护经验;
Basic process knowledge, product design related experience, or relevant assembly line design and maintenance experience
2.具备工艺学相关知识,或有相关机械制造或者夹具设计经验;
Processing and mechanism technology knowledge, or relevant mechanical manufacturing or fixture design experience
3.具备两年以上的活塞压缩机设计相关经验,或者活塞压缩机生产经验;
At least 2 years experience in piston compressor design or production
4.较强的执行能力、沟通协调能力、独立解决问题能力和电脑应用能力;
Strong executive ability, communication and coordination ability, independent problem solving ability and computer application ability
5.掌握二维绘图软件及三维建模软件的使用方法;
Master the use of 2d drawing software and 3D modeling software
6.具备一定的英文能力
Good Command of English
