- Responsible for establishing, implementing, and improving the quality management system and its linkage with other business and operating systems.
- Developing quality system procedures and templates; and supporting other Functions to develop processes and procedures in compliance with quality system related standards and customer specified requirements.
- Lead and undertake internal audits to different standards, e.g. ISO 9001, IATF 16949, IECQ QC08000, VDA 6.3, CQI, etc.
- Facilitate and support the preparation for customer audits and 3rd party audits.
- Coordinate the review of procedures and system processes associated with company continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitating the introduction of new quality standards and customer specified requirements for certification and business qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree, with +5 years relevant experience in manufacturing.
- +3 year experience in automotive quality systems related standards, such as IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, VDA 6.3, etc.
- Good experience in quality systems, supplier and/or process audits.
- Good understanding of automotive OEM and Tier-1 requirements, such as Ford Q1, Formel Q, MMOG, etc.
- Good experience in using MS offices tools.
- Good communication skills and open minded.
- Fair in verbal and written English.
- Proactive to learn new knowledge and skills.
- Work location: Shenzhen / Jiangmen, China.
