- You will provide internal reporting on quality assurance activities, progress, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders. Utilizes data-driven insights to drive contribute decision-making and implement necessary process improvements.
- You will collaborate with manufacturing teams to address customer-specific quality requirements.
- You will conduct comprehensive risk assessments for manufacturing or assembly processes to identify potential risks by performing activities like failure mode and effects analysis. Develops and implements risk mitigation strategies to minimize process-related risks.
- To implement quality control measures and procedures to ensure adherence to quality standards. Conducts inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to verify compliance with quality requirements.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions for enhanced process performance. Leads or participates in process improvement initiatives.
- You will conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving activities to identify and resolve quality issues in manufacturing and assembly processes.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive Continuous Improvement across the whole business value chain.

- You hold a Engineering degree.
- Required Lean 6 Sigma yellow belt or green belt completion and good knowledge.
- Experience with power transformer design/transformer quality management/transformer manufacturing engineering is preferred.
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
