1.Establish holistic commercial cadence among sales, marketing and sales planning2.Work closely with marketing to combine marketing campaign calendar with promotion calendar and key focus to maximize overall efficiency3.Work closely with marketing teams to develop targeted portfolio strategies and maximize the outcome of new product launches thanks to best-in-class planning. Collaborate on the development of promotional activities to drive demand4.Drive SKU portfolio optimization (SKU productivity, channel strategy, Phase in Phase Out) cross markets to deliver significant cost savings while rationalizing the SKU portfolio5.Collaborate with sales, finance, and demand planning teams to coordinate sales and revenue forecasts globally (lead inventory allocations). Analyse historical data, market trends, and business drivers to accurately forecast market demand and revenue projections. Monitor and report on actual performance against forecastEducation, qualifications and training :
Bachelor and above
Experience or skills required:
Minimum 10 years working experience in both online & offline trade marketing, sales, market strategy, revenue management or related roles
Strategic thinking and business acumen, and high learning agility
Strong communication skill
Strong ability to work under pressure and face quick change
Smart, proactive and results-oriented with strong project management skills
Strong analytic skill
Fluent in English, written and oral
