4. Formulated department work plans, summarized and analyzed monthly work conditions, and led and urged employees to complete target tasks
5. Monitor the whole process of the project, control the progress of various works at any time, check the completion status and quality status of the project tasks, and record, summarize and report
6. Responsible for team building and training, organizing training (including but not limited to pre-job training and skill training for new employees) and corresponding assessment work
7. Responsible for developing and improving the internal process and management system of the department

1、对整车进行拆卸,采集拆解过程的相关信息
2、对整车各系统按照组装关系进行逆向拆解
3、统筹拆车部门整体工作,对车辆拆解部门业务指标负责
4、制定部门工作计划,总结和分析每月工作情况,带领督促员工完成目标任务
5、对项目全程监控,随时掌控各项工作的进度,检查项目任务的完成状况、质量状况,并进行记录、汇总、上报
6、负责团队的建设与培养,组织培训(包括但不限于新员工岗前培训、技能培训等)及对应的考核工作
7、负责制定和完善部门内部流程及管理制度

Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in automotive or mechanical engineering
2. At least 5 years working experience in similar position
3. Good command of spoken and written English
4. Familiar with vehicle structure, and various operating methods and means
5. Auto mechanic or equivalent
6. Basic operational planning and good management and communication skills
