岗位职责:
收集和分析改造产品市场和客户需求,根据分析和进一步的理解,有序安排并追踪产品需求开发按质按时完成;
协助产品发布与培训,包括产品资料,卖点梳理和价值主张;
跟踪收集改造产品信息和竞争对手情况,定期输出竞品分析;
计算和梳理产品TP,并能给出有建设性的建议;
支持销售和重点项目在投标阶段,帮助传递通力优势;收集和分析丢标项目,并输出建议;
基于市场,客户和前线反馈,协助推进产品竞争力提升;
协助组织新产品验证,和系统的追踪在此过程中的问题,并协助有关产品改进;
协助产品表现分析和追踪,反馈分析和建议。
岗位要求:
机械工程或电气工程专业,本科或以上;
熟练使用MS-office, Auto Cad等软件;
有5年以上的电梯行业经验;
善于学习,良好的沟通技巧和团队精神, 积极有责任心。
