    • Manage the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and operational strategies to achieve short-term and long-term growth objectives for the organization.
    • Lead projects and team members including cross functional team such as Service, R&D, RA and Value expansion team etc. to accomplish product launch, pricing, promotion, technical application, field execution, scientific supports to achieve business objectives.
    • Potentially manage team member to build successor

    • Manage to assess and define market size and opportunities in the plan process.
    • Develop and implement marketing plan on strategies, tactics, programs, communication and tools to achieve sales and margin goals.
    • Determine new product launch plan including financial planning, positioning, pricing, promotion and communication based on strategic goals in the target segment
    • Drive brand business by rolling out with flawless executions on sales team, scientific leadership and customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct trainings and develop localized training materials to consistently communicate key brand message, enhance sales team's professional knowledge and barrier handlings to align brand strategies.
    • Closely work with global contacts to ensure brand strategy alignment, resources integration and localized communication & sales materials
    • Engage and manage KOL to increase influential.
    • Monitor healthcare policy, market trends, competitive status and customer insight as well as brand performance to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities.
    • Conduct joint field calls with sales team members to provide field coaching and gather customer needs and competitive information.


    • Bachelor and above degree in relevant majority
    • 3+ years relevant working experiences / Sr. role need 5+ years relevant relevant working experiences
    • Good communication and English skills
