Responsibilities The mission of Bytedance Ads Platform is to connect global advertisers and users, advertisers of any industry and experience level are able to get suitable marketing solutions, then easily create, manage and optimize ads. The Core Ads team is looking for an experienced Product Manager for App Ads. You will build E2E ad product solutions that enable 'millions' of mobile app developers to grow, retain and retarget users with Bytedance Ads Product. A mobile only short video platform with billions of users, Bytedance Ads has been #1 at AppsFlyer's Growth Index for 2 times in a row after its introduction in 2019, and we are looking for talent to keep growing the momentum in the app install and engagement market.

Responsibilities:
1.

Develop end-to-end product solutions for the app ads vertical, for both upper funnel and deep funnel objectives such as ROAS optimization2.

Initiate dedicated ad formats, optimization products, delivery and ranking improvement3. Closely collaborate with measurement team on SDK, API and MMP4. Build solutions that aim to empower different sub-verticals such as casual games, hardcore games, entertainment, retail, finance, etc. Qualifications 1. BA/BS degree in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics or Statistics is preferred2.

At least 3 years of commercial experience in a product management role, with demonstrated leadership in the management of a product (or portfolio of products) through the software development lifecycle, from conception to launch to ongoing performance measurement and optimization4.

Solid understanding of app developer ecosystem and digital ads landscape5. Experience partnering with global cross-functional teams6. Fast learner with a good sense of judgment and critical thinking7. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
