- Design production layout, from project initiative phase to EOP
- Study, support and initiate the continuous improvement projects regarding the efficiency improving, wastage reduction and so on
- Lead in problem solving including manufacturing process stability, quality, plant layout and overall supply chain
- Deliver intensive guidance and training to project members, IE and managers for mastering and implementing lean knowledges
- Clear result orientation, managing and coordinating company cost saving projects
- Lead manufacturing cost improvement projects and responsible for the results
- Lead in product quotation, BOM/Routine set up and maintenance, Lean training for all levels and standardization: WI, visualization,5S,LPA
- Other tasks arranged by the supervisor
- Bachelor degree or above, major in IE or science and Engineering
- Over 5 years experience in production management and Continuous Improvement
- Over 5 years experience in team management
- Good knowledge of IE, lean management and enterprise continuous improvement, cost control, and project management
- Basic knowledge of machine and electric
- Cross functional team communication skills
- Excellent execution capability and responsible for the results
- Advanced level of English proficiency and Microsoft Office skill
