- Responsible for feasibility review of mechanical product ,programing ,machining process ,designing fixture and jig .
- Responsible for CNC machine shop problem solving and continuous improvement, supporting CNC shop productivity improvement.

- Responsible for continued process improvement, support daily problem solving.
- Lead new line or new machine launch, create new machine or fixture technical specifications.
- Support for supplier development, provide professional judgement on fixture design and tool design and management.
- Lead new machine qualification and trial run.
- Work with global ME team, provide or ask necessary support.
- Provide training for technicians and operators.

- College degree or above
- 5+years experiences in machining area, familiar with FANUC and siemens CNC system.
- Good command with Esprit CNC programming software.
- Good English application ability both in oral and writing.
- Good communication skill and teamwork ability.
