- Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed. Being cognizant about team health and act/guide the team to ensure they continuously improve the way of working.
- Helping Product Owner understanding product planning in an empirical environment. Ensuring the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value and help Product Owner in understanding and practicing agility.
- Assisting the Development Team to create high-value products
- Removing impediments to the Development Team's progress
- Finding techniques for effective Product Backlog management. Improving the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
- Causing change in the organization that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team.
- Develop own skills and prepare enhancements in the facilitation of Scrum events.
- Experience working in an agile team. Beginner and limited leadership experience.
- Certified as Scrum master or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor or master's degree in relevant areas or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps or other software development management tool.
- Good communication skills both orally and in written English.
