Your Responsibilities : See beyond the footwear & apparel teams to understand the impact across functions within the company and connect the dots to create alignment and ensure efficiencies.
Responsible for regional 5-year model, article, and SKU counts and updates at key milestones Lead and create inline business critical assortments regionally.
Own the regional MRA strategy, integration and briefing process ensuring that regional MRA's support brand and business objectives while addressing regional specific nuances.
Leverage qualitative and quantitative inputs during the creative process to train market readiness intuition and close the loop on effectiveness of decision making.
Lead and manage key Footwear & Apparel Merchandising processes including:The process to assess the competition Fit, Feel, Ride, crafted beauty and how to win.
