- Insights sharing from product analysis & reporting: closely follow up performance of product; share reports & insights; Analysis market trend holistic view.
- Monitor stock quantity, including stock arrival status, out-of-stock tracking, potential stock needs, etc. Proactively request demands to supply chain team for potential sales.
- Monitor stock quality & defects with warehouse team.
- Monitor daily orders to ensure fulfillment/return/refund processing smoothly, correctly, and on time.
- Optimize operational SOP to reduce return rate and increase net sales.
- 3~5 years above experience in consumer goods industry, working in merchandising function/Ecommerce team will be a plus
- Good skills for office software, excellence in excel.
- Proficiency on BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, etc) will be a plus.
