    Job Responsibilities:

    Merchandising Stock Management:

  • Rolling forecast on métier sales, stock, and delivery to take necessary actions to achieve financial targets
  • Regular reports to reflect real time trend and analysis on assigned métier's performance
  • New reporting development and ad hoc reports based on requests

    • Buying Plan:

  • Collaboration with Merchandising team for Seasonal OTB
  • Responsible for regular stock replenishment
  • Identify assortment with Merchandising team and adapt future buying's to reflect new learnings to improve the products and maximize sales and margin

    • Supply Chain Management:

  • Involved in internal supply chain projects and other ad hoc projects up on the needs of internal dep and /or Paris team
  • Collaboration with mutual departments, such as Merch, Regional Merch, Logistic, IT, Retail teams, Paris Retail Merch Team etc.

    • Candidate profile

  • Bachelor' degree above
  • Excellent Excel skills and other MS Office tools
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with a substantiate experience in Merchandise Planning
  • Relevant experience in retail industry, specialized in fashion/jewelry is preferable
  • Rigorous with good analytical skills
  • Organized, pro-active, reliable, good communication skills
  • Ability to adapt fast, work independently, autonomously, a good team player
