- Lead ZOLL Circulation to become the market leading temperature management solutions supplier
- Implement sales and marketing strategy to maximize potential in market segment
- Achieve revenue, pricing and market share targets for the segment.

- Manage, coach and conduct sales team performance appraisals.
- Develop strong working relationships with key opinion leaders in the market
- Compile and deliver order and sales forecasts considering the 3–4-month lead time for disposables.
- Ensure products are delivered/invoiced in a timely matter and with urgency to meet quarter end orders & revenue objectives.
- Implement adequate weekly sales reporting from the wider team and provide monthly reporting to management.
- Ensure team compliance with CRM systems and reporting systems.
- Devise and implement strategies that reflect the specific needs of the market and the changing nature of selling into the market with the challenges and opportunities this presents.
- University Degree or Equivalent; Clinical background a plus
- 8 years or more experience in the Medical Device industry selling Medical Equipment and disposables, preferred
- Experience in leading a team to achieve targeted market goals
- Experience managing multiple business partners
- Experience managing existing accounts for consistent use of disposables and developing pipelines for capital equipment
- High-performance mentality that is open and inclusive to lead a team with a continuous improvement approach
- Strong track record of delivering sustained profitable growth in the healthcare market and developing markets for new and emerging medical technology
- Relationship-building skills with customers and other key stakeholders
- Demonstrable capacity to understand and convey complex clinical information and to appreciate trends in the marketplace

- Key qualities in a salesperson which includes but is not limited to, negotiation, influencing, market knowledge, target driven.

Job Summary:
The incumbent will use their significant sales management experience to lead, inspire and manage a team and drive growth in revenue and margin nationally by increasing the penetration of ZOLL Circulation products and services into existing accounts and to convert accounts that are currently non-ZOLL Circulation Accounts, and meet, or exceed revenue targets and performance objectives.
The working location will either be in the Shanghai or Beijing Office in China.
