    Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • Play an active role and be an effective communication linkage btw FRS account sales team and all departments within corporate in regards of sales FRS orders
  • Provide insightful inputs and execution process regarding special product range , packages and programs
  • Key Responsibilities:

    Planning

  • Develop work force plan in regards of future order management & range communication
  • Management

  • Sales order management
  • Ensure timely and accuracy delivery of the order consolidation for buying decision
  • Monitoring future order status and adjustment upon delay, shortage and cancellation per alignment with Product Managers, PO team and sales team
  • Monitoring future order operation flow per special range or projects
  • Managing all manual orders
  • Reflect nective impact
  • Data analysis & reports
  • Provide FRS Order reports
  • Provide reports for special range or projects
  • Support cross-functional initiative and projects
  • Expanding sales operation team capabilities and provide more insightful input from channel team
  • Others:
  • Special package support
  • Initialize and lead special TM for Biz needed
  • Support monthly and special posting
  • Financial

  • Ensure the accuracy of order consolidation/re-allocation, and related projects' communication
  • Systems and Processes

  • Streamline S-I process in cooperation with channel team and respective internal departments
  • Proactively work with IT to develop and enhance tools for data consolidation and analysis
  • Develop process in regarding of sales operation for all special programs
  • Training

  • Ensure team has clearly understand job R&R and skill set with functional requirements/developments
  • Help team to define development needs and ensure utilization of the company training program/resource
  • On-job training in alignment with personal development needs of team member
  • Key Relationships:

  • Account sales Product sales , Business planning, MOPs, OMB, Finance, SCM and Logistic,
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • Strong organizational and analytic skills

  • Good business sense and judgment
  • Independent, creative and also an effective team player
  • Competent at executing plans with high quality
  • Good at team work, demonstrating an interest in training, coaching and motivating subordinates
  • Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

    Education

  • Bachelors degree or above
  • Professional background / Experience

  • 5 years experience in sales job and at least 1 year of management experience in sales operation
  • IT skills

  • MS office
  • Language skills

  • Fluent in oral and written English
