About the Role
•Organisation Development – act as an OD expert to drive key initiatives in organisation design, position management, strategic workforce management areas etc., as well as playing the role of change expert to closely collaborate with HR teams on the design and implementation of organisational transformation initiatives.
•Project Management – Working closely with project manager, carry out various project management activities throughout the organisational transformation project such as project planning, project tracking, project reporting, risk management etc. to ensure smooth on-time and high-quality delivery of the project.
Position Objective :

Project Management – Working closely with project manager, carry out various project management activities throughout the organisational transformation project such as project planning, project tracking, project reporting, risk management etc. to ensure smooth on-time and high-quality delivery of the project.
Roles and Responsibilities :
•Support project manager/team leader and hold 'end-to-end' responsibilities on driving critical OD initiatives such as organisation design and implementation, position management, organisational efficiency evaluation and tracking, strategic workforce planning and management, OD related governance policy optimisation etc.
•Support Project Director and Project Manager to carry out project planning, monitoring and tracking activities on day-to-day basis.
•Identify and analyse various types of project risks, and propose and execute risk mitigation plan when needed.
•Co-work with project workstream owners on change management planning and executions, in areas such as change mgmt. & communication, capability building, process optimisation, etc..
•Support HRBPs on change management execution, and evaluate implementation results, and optimise solutions for maximum impacts.
•Support Project Director on project-related reporting and communications targeting different key stakeholders.
•Accountable for other related tasks assigned by Project Director and Project Manager.
Communication Requirements :
•Work closely with Project Director - China CHRO & Project Manager, and external consultants on daily basis.
•Collaborate closely with HRBPs, HR COE teams and HRSSO on delivering HR solutions on day-to-day basis.
•Conduct project management communications with project key stakeholders throughout the project, e.g. Group HR, senior executives, senior managers across different functions.
Minimum Job Requirements :
•Bachelor's degree, 4-6 years of relevant experiences in HR, and consultancyor OD background are preferred.
•Thorough knowledge and extensive experience in Organisation Design and Change,management, and familiar with all HR modules such as TM, TA, TD, C&B, Culture SSO etc. .
•Strong systematic and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
•Excellent organisational, project, and time management skills.
•High-level of learning agility and resilience in high pressure situations.
•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.
•Excellent presentation and business writing skills in both Chinese and English.
•Team player; optimistic; supportive, trustworthy; adaptable to changes.
