    PURPOSEDevelop EC Consumer plan, acquire, engage with consumers to drive EC business &consumer assets growth.Develop & Manage EC Paid media/content planning and strategy via analytics & insightgeneration.Grow & Optimize E-commerce in-site Paid Traffic to maximize purchase as well as helpNew product incubation, and manage ROI efficiency.Manage EC in-site brand communication and NPD/Customer campaign (S level, bigwindow), well collaborate with brand/digital/media team via strong DigiEcom hands onexperiences, business acumen and influence skill.E-commerce Traffic/Analytics Intelligence & optimization, co-work with ecommercepartners, including media, digital & analytics team, Data/innovation team from Ali/JD, toproduce & optimize media & content effectiveness, develop best practice and provideguidance to Sales & brand team.ACCOUTABILITYE-commerce Consumer TA Planning, Paid-Media strategy from category multi-brandslevel to Account level, Be accountable for in-site integrated traffic planning for each ECCustomers in monthly base and real-time optimization in daily base, closely work w/Sales team & EC Customer MKT to track/improve in-site media tactics to ensure GMVtarget & ROI.-Lead agency/TP to develop EC in-site Media strategy, Traffic roadmap, SEO strategy& operation plan to best leverage paid media to acquire new users and help bothbusiness impact (GMV, New Product & New FGS incubation)-Produce, develop and Optimize EC in-site creative/communication angle/bannerdesign for dedicated consumer plan to maximize conversion-Work w/ Media Agency, TP & Alibaba/JD to co-create EC consumer targeting modelvia Data bank/DMP/Strategy center for EC in-site precise targeting.-Work closely with marketing brand team & media, e-commerce sales, TP to definecontent strategy/calendar/roadmap tailored for leading e-commerce platforms, drive in-site conversion and maximize synergy-Help drive Innovation Incubation through tailor made consumer plan, Paid mediastrategy collaborated with X-team.-Continuous A/B Test for business insights from targeting, creative, to activation.-Optimize the way of working; develop template/process for creative, efficient, effectivecontent generation, x-functional collaboration and KPI management.Brands EC-Insite Consumer Assets Operation-Lead to establish, manage and improve EC consumer assets model, and provideguidance to Sales.-Collaborate w/ MKT Media team to maximize EC in-site Re-targeting to maximize ECconsumer assets and drive EC sales based on brand IMC or other media initiatives.-Lead Engagement & content development & brand IMC EC execution for brands andtailored to key EC customersInnovative & Creative E-commerce Customer Campaign Excellence-Develop and manage EC Customer campaign excellence, including S/A level IMC,new product EC activation, big window campaign, collaborated with brand/media/digitaland EC TMKT.-Always dare to try and keep agile to Bring non-traditional ideas in EC campaign toacquire & engage consumers in innovative ways via new tools from DigiEcomperspective.E-commerce Media & Content Intelligence & optimization-Closely work with agency and keep learning agility on trend & best practice on digitaltrend, ecosystem evolvement of leading e-platform and other marketing channels, toidentify opportunity areas and propose initiatives for better content and consumerexperience.-Keep abreast of competitor social & content activities to ensure our content withcontinuous high consumer/shopper/customer relevance.Provide guidance & best practice sharing to help team optimize content & consumerexperience.Budget Preparation and KPI Control-Plan and manage annual EC paid media budget , monitor and control the budget toensure cost effectiveness.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONEducation/Experience-Bachelor or above, majored in business, marketing, EC operation or advertisementrelated-4-6 years of relevant Digital Marketing & Ecommerce experience in FMCG/OTCCompany-Working experience in Personal & beauty Care, Innovative companies in wellnesscategories, local ambitious OTC companies are preferredSpecial Knowledge-Good Marketing fundamentals, Data analytics & Insight generation skill with logicalframework thinking, as well as interpersonal skill. Comfortable to work with X-functions inMatrix organization.-Good understanding of Digital & Ecommerce Traffic ecosystem of key leading platforms(Alibaba, JD, Douyin, Redbook) including both eKA & FGS mode.-Good understanding of EC Media best practice and digital/social Knowledge,understand how performance media can support both brand building & e-commercesales.-Good understanding on e-commerce and hands-on co-work experience is preferred:Platform co-op, TP, in-site traffic, etc, Ability to provide thoughtful, data analytics-basedguidance to Sales & TP.-Strong Hands-on experience & successful track record on Brand Digitalcampaign/activation planning and end to end digital execution, creative development &implementation, KOL/IP partnership, etc.-Skill on TP management & Negotiation, Ability to provide thoughtful & inspiringguidance to agencies.Skills-Passionate, insightful, Easy-going, Very good learning agility, Curiosity & Passion inEcom Marketing.-Very good communication, negotiation and presentation skills-Strong analytical & e-commerce sense. Used to working in a fast paced environment,self-motivated and result driven.-Good learning Agility and willing to Achieve & Collaborate.
