职位内容:
1、抖音千川短视频内容计划制定、落地,监控自然流、投流短视频数据,并据此每日优化内容及投放执行,赋能引流抖店成交;
2,负责抖音、小红书、知乎等新媒体种草KOL、KOC筛选,每月内容规划、落地及投放数据追踪,并优化后续执行;
3,负责内部达人孵化项目的内容产出、投流规划及落地,以及数据追踪;
4,负责品牌社交媒体月度表现数据、站内外投放及搜索数据等追踪、复盘;
5,内部相关社交媒体追踪、达人筛选系统的数据对接工作。

任职要求:
1. 本科及以上学历, 5年以上相关工作经验,需要有1年以上负责抖音千川短视频内容优化及投放优化的经验;
2,了解信息流素材爆款逻辑,能细化把控素材的节奏感及质量,有爆款素材成功案例优先。同时需要具备敏锐的行业爆款内容及数据洞悉力;
3,对KOL、KOC筛选有系统性、可操作性强的评估体系及思维;
4,具有良好内外部资源整合能力、沟通协调能力及项目统筹能力;
5. 思维敏锐,创新意识强,学习能力及工作主动性佳,对社媒账号运营及内容创作有独到的认知及理解。
