- Senior/Master level of understanding of innovation strategy and management, marketing and social distribution strategy and management, Needs to have proven successful case of new product development, brand building cases (bring brand from 1-10), and social distribution model setting up experience. - Disruptive resources for external partnership "from B to C" route – Candidate needs to have the network/resource. (mandatory)

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责:
Online media/social/IMC conversion/ROI management (Wechat, Douyin, Vertical etc), Dynamic optimization, successful experience to drive ROI to meet brand target
Develop the Integrated Marketing plan : Communication, assets, media, social, IMC, plan & execution
External partnership management : Own the resource of external partnership to trigger 'from B to C' route. Leverage disruptive resource (to B network from candidate) to recruit new users
Content Creation: Brand thematic content, media, social, IMC content creation
Innovation PMO
Develop the strategy of Innovation pipeline: Why/What/How to build middle/long term innovation pipeline for Meta Health – new format, formulation, packaging and new ingredient experience.
At same time, need to have the experience of out-sourcing ingredients, production line and site .
Project management: Need to have successful innovation launch experience
