- Receive and file daily regulation and notice from various channels with regulators, including CBIRC/ PBOC/ SAFE.
- Submit and file correspondence and reporting via various channels to regulators as regular frequency or specific deadline.
- Maintain a regulation/notice index from.
- Maintain a correspondence/feedback index from.
- Update reporting list that owned by compliance.
- Update reporting track that submitted by compliance.
- Set up a visit record to regulators if there is any.
- Set up a meeting minutes record with regulators if there is any.
- Support to prepare compliance training material and PPT.
- Support to prepare basic work for compliance monitoring.
- Prepare basic information for CR meeting.
- Consolidate feedback from different departments for both internal and external survey/requirement.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
