    About the Role:

    The GL accounting manager works with different parties within and outside Nexperia for accounting activities, ensuring the accounting records and Internal & External reporting are reliable, accurate, timely with high quality.

    What you will do:

  • Manage the accounting team and motivate the team to perform Month End Closing & complete the accounting tasks with quality manner.
  • Coordinate with site controller / HR manager / treasury /Finance controller/ SSC / auditors.
  • Ensure accurate, reliable financial statements in compliance with company reporting norms.
  • Analyze data coherence in systems and reports, trouble-shoot and identify cause of errors to prevent recurrence.
  • Perform internal control, CSOX / compliance (Monthly)
  • Prepare quarterly Cashflow forecast (RFF) and Bi-weekly cash forecast.
  • Deal with the auditor to handle annual auditing and annual tax filing.
  • Coordinate government subsidies application
  • Work on some projects for process improvements

    • What you will need:

  • Bachelor or above degree in Finance and /or Accounting
  • At least 7 years professional experience in Finance accounting in multinational companies under IFRS or PRC GAAP
  • Financial accounting experience in a manufacturing business, semi-conductor industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation skill in English & leadership skills
  • Be familiar with PRC tax.
  • Auditing experience / Accounting qualification (CICPA / ACCA / Charted Accountant) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP, SAP ECC6 or S4 is preferred.
  • Able to work under stress and meet deadlines.
  • Likes to work in cross cultural team, work in a dynamic business environment and ready to change where required.
  • Pro-active & great enthusiasm and ambition
  • Works accurately and organized.
