    Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

    Engage in the must win stores' sales efficiency and productivity improvement objective by accurate reporting & forecasting with constructive business insights. Establish and manage information system and database. Support to manage must win relevant internal initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Planning & Reporting

  • Establish methodology & modelling to set up must win stores' target & rolling forecast.
  • Deliver regular or ad-hoc analysis to track/assess must win stores' sales performance.
  • Provide feedback to front end sales team with proposed action plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the must win stores' end to end cycle.

    • Management

  • Drive target achievement by recommending action plan for sales efficiency & productivity improvements.
  • Support reasonable store sales & operational KPI target setting to meet business ambitions.
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of factbase.

    • Project

  • Coordinate and manage initiative development, planning and prioritization processes.

    • System and Processes

  • Participate in the development of the database and BI tools specifically for must win stores.

    • Plan the introduction of new tools, must win related processes and KPIs
