- Develop and implement Pepsi lower tier marketing plan and program under defined strategy to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate sales/PBB to implement business plan for pilot market test and imply the key learning for national plan implement
- Develop all above the line communication and social content, social media co-op, POSM, etc.
- Develop lower tier brand activations, including traditional trade/ individual eatery channels etc. touch points for consumer & customer communication
- Facilitate the learnings of the marketing activities and results sharing to key internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with insight team and design team on product mix tailor made for lower tier market, incl. consumer product test and pricing and P&L
- Manage A&M budget and contracts to assure full alliance with financial control policies and executed accordingly to China region DOA Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above
- Understand the cycle of translating consumer insights/shopper mission into product, pack, communication & channel solution
- Ability to develop creative and marketing campaign across channels and mediu to achieve brand objectives
- E2E commercial mindset and any lower tier program to drive business growth is preferred
- Strong communication skill with layered internal & external stakeholders
