- 战略规划与目标设定:
制定并实施天猫旗舰店的整体运营策略,包括但不限于产品布局、价格策略、促销活动策划等,确保实现年度及季度销售目标。
结合公司整体战略和市场动态,调整并优化店铺运营方向,提升品牌在天猫平台上的知名度与影响力。 - 运营管理与执行:
全面负责天猫店铺的日常管理,确保店铺页面设计、用户体验、商品上下架流程符合天猫平台要求以及公司品牌形象。
通过分析店铺数据(如流量、转化率、用户行为等),不断优化店铺内各项指标以提高销售额和客户满意度。 - 团队建设与人才培养:
建立和培养高效能的电商业务团队,明确内部工作流程,指导团队成员提升专业技能,营造积极向上的工作氛围。
对接内外部资源,协调跨部门合作,推动团队共同达成业绩目标。 - 营销推广与资源整合:
策划并执行各类线上营销活动,充分利用天猫站内资源(如直通车、钻展、超级推荐等广告工具)进行精准投放,同时探索站外推广渠道,扩大品牌曝光度。
根据不同阶段的市场需求和竞品情况,灵活制定并调整推广计划,以保证品牌产品的市场竞争力。 - 数据分析与决策支持:
深入挖掘和解读业务数据,为高层提供准确的数据支持和决策依据,基于数据分析结果,对运营策略进行迭代优化。
定期回顾并总结店铺运营状况,针对问题提出解决方案,并制定相应的改进措施,确保店铺健康稳定发展。 - 风险管理与合规把控: 确保店铺运营活动符合天猫平台规定及国家相关法律法规,及时处理突发情况和危机事件,降低风险影响。
- 全日制本科及以上学历,市场营销、电子商务、商务管理等相关专业优先。
- 至少5年以上电商运营经验,其中3年以上天猫店铺运营经验,具备互联网大厂或知名品牌天猫旗舰店运营管理经验者优先。
- 熟悉天猫平台规则和运作模式,了解电商行业的最新趋势及营销策略;
- 具备丰富的数据驱动决策能力,熟练使用数据分析工具(如生意参谋等)进行业务分析;
- 精通各类电商平台推广工具的运用,包括但不限于直通车、钻展、超级推荐等;
- 有良好的项目管理和团队协作能力,能够有效协调内外部资源,推动项目落地执行
- 具备出色的团队领导力,能够培养和发展团队成员的能力,带领团队实现目标;
- 拥有优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力和商务谈判技巧,能够与公司内部其他团队以及外部合作伙伴建立良好关系。
- 在过往工作中取得过显著的销售业绩增长,具有成功策划并执行大型促销活动的经验;
- 对电商市场变化敏感,曾主导过重大产品上市或品牌推广活动,并取得明显效果。
- 具备较强的责任心和抗压能力,对工作充满热情,追求卓越;
