- 根据培训计划,结合global的资料和市场部的资料,开发品牌、产品知识、销售技巧、彩妆技能、服务技能等课程
- 规划、执行、跟进各类培训项目(含global项目)在品牌内的落实
- 主动及时分析生意数据,从培训角度找到生意机会点,制定并执行相应的培训行动,助力生意达成
- 管理培训团队的日常工作,根据团队成员的特点进行能力培养
- 和销售、MKT、TMK、VM等部门合作,推进各项工作的开展.
- 8-10年外资中高端彩妆和香水品牌的培训管理经验,具备制定培训计划、开发课程、管理小型团队的经验。
- 有良好的零售培训思维和跟进生意的意识与技能。
- 工作认真负责,正面积极乐观,抗压力强,合作意识高,有不断学习和发展的意愿。
- 英语能力,读写良好,口语基本能交流,常用办公软件熟悉。
