    描述

    职位推进销售策略的执行和公司业务发展,开拓生意发展渠道,管理所辖区域内的销售工作(包括:销量指标达成、销售活动执行及检查、费用监督及管理、应收账款管理.人员管理等)。所辖区域: 主要负责浙江省;通过推动进出货/分销/活动执行/应收款管理等关键指标,确保完成公司各项任务。全渠道业务,全渠道团队管理(除EC)

    主要工作职责:

  • 完成销售指标,督促并实现组织、执行并完成各项计划、目标
  • 执行浙江的生意发展计划;主要是RKA/NKA/GT/EB2B/省代
  • 预算执行、控制及监督管理,确保费用使用的有效性及真实性
  • 通过DIAL和POS系统进行数据分析,跟进经销商库存管理、门店分销、陈列执行
  • 掌握经销商和RKA及NKA管理技能,推动业绩的达成
  • 及时准确地向公司反馈市场动态,包括竞争状况、问题、阻碍和机会等
  • 及时准确地提供各类报表
  • 上级主管分配的其它工作或项目

    • 基本技能 / 经验 / 能力要求:

  • 本科或以上学历
  • 有10年以上FMCG团队管理经验;最好有5年以上相关省区GT,NKA及RKA渠道管理经验

    • 优先技能 / 经验 / 能力:

  • 对数据有敏锐性,善于分析生意的机会点
  • 致胜的工作态度及工作责任心;展现适应能力和抗压能力
  • 建立针对RKA/NKA/LKA的有效计划并执行
  • 擅长于团队管理并能够激励团队向共同的目标奋进
  • 有效进行客户管理,建立客户数据库
  • 具有业务谈判能力及沟通和协调能力
