- 1.本科及以上学历,3年以上商业化项目经验,具备广告行业产品运营经验、具备成功内容项目商业化案例者及品牌资源者优先;2.熟悉内容商业化工作,具备优秀的运营能力,能深入洞察产品与市场状况;3.有较强的商业分析及项目管理能力,高效推进品牌、合作方及产品侧关键事项;4.了解游戏和电竞,逻辑思维能力强,具备深度思考和解决复杂事务的能力,有好奇心,务实、具备创业精神。
