    【职位要求】
    1.本科及以上学历,专业不限,24届及之后,英文4、6级,可无障碍阅读英英文资料;
    2.具备良好的沟通能力、分析能力和团队合作精神;
    3.早十晚七,每周至少出勤4天,可连续实习至少两/三个月。

    【项目工作描述】两个工作可则一选择。
    1.教学组
    1)教师宣传物料包装,教师招聘培训授课常见问题整理,knowledge base/help center更新升级,市场同类型教师岗位调研
    2)质检支持:班课作业质检;问题老师标记及提醒处理;阶段测评学习效果追踪。
    3)培训支持:Workshop视频片段剪辑,培训材料物料支持,精彩课程片段剪辑;
    4)活动支持:数学阶段测评学习效果外化,作业查找,校对和编辑;活动流程支持,包括教室创建,约课信息整理等。
    5)班课运营:课程回放录制,数学5个级别*2+1节课=15节课/周

    2.教研组
    1)课程闭环生产:图片的整合,音频的整合,视频的制作。
    2)课程后台配置:课程的上传,教辅资料的上传。
    3)项目赛事活动:用户信息的收集,整合;赛事辅助资料的制作(奖状添加用户姓名)
