岗位职责:
1.进行二手数据的搜集、分析和整理,尤其是相关文献、行业信息及资讯的搜索、阅读、分析和归纳
2.整理一手数据,包括行业代表人物访谈纪要等,挖掘有价值的信息
3.协助项目组同事进行定量数据的分析,发现数字背后的规律
4.协助项目组同事完成最终报告的撰写,包括PPT的内容调整,版式的设计和修订,翻译等
5.协助完成团队交办的其他相关工作
任职要求:
1.全日制本科及以上学历,2025届毕业生;生物医药或经济管理相关专业
2. 有生物医药或市场调研相关领域教育经历或实习经验者优先
3. 有较强的文献搜索和阅读能力;能够熟练使用Pubmed, CNKI, 维普等相关数据库者优先
4. 学习能力强,能快速掌握项目相关的细分领域专业知识
5. 中英文书面和口头表达流利,善于沟通
6. 每周实习3天及以上,可持续实习至少12周,16周为佳
