- Oversee the overall development and implementation of primary school curricula, ensuring alignment with IB standards and local regulations.
- Manage and provide leadership to a team of primary school teachers, supporting them in their professional growth and development.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the primary school.
- Collaborate with other school leaders to ensure the smooth operation of the school as a whole.
- Build strong partnerships with parents and other stakeholders in the education community.
- Ensure the school environment is safe, clean, and conducive to learning.
- Champion academic and character development programs that promote students' success.

- A minimum of 8 years' experience as a primary school principal or equivalent leadership position in an international primary school setting.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in an IB school
- Master's degree or higher in Education or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- A deep understanding of PYP curriculum and education technology.
- Experience in teacher development, recruitment, and retention.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
