Job Role
Accordingly, Distribution Network regional operational risk management, Branch Operation Control Manager with the support from conducting quality assurance, monitoring, sample testing, escalating and other control activities, are responsible to conduct branch in a balanced approach on risk control with DOI, Conduct Guide, Group Operational Risk Policies, Internal Procedures and Regulation.
The purpose of BOCM is to assist Regional Service Manager to conduct branch self-checking to give feedback & suggestion on branch operation management, ensure branch conscientiously implement the rectification, collect and escalate effective suggestions and issues. Meanwhile support RSM/DRSM to deliver standard mechanism / procedure / training to branch ops to ensure consistent branch service and control foundation across China.
职责范围
根据分行网络部区域运营风险管理制度,运营管控经理执行质量保证、监测、抽样检查、上报及其他管理活动,旨在风险管理上,负责管理支行与日常操作指引,行为指南,集团运营风险政策,内部流程和法规达成一致。运营管控经理将协助区域服务经理对支行进行检查,并提出建议,协助支行认真落实整改情况,积极提出有效建议并及时反馈至区域服务经理。协助区域服务经理传达标准机制/流程/给予支行培训,以确保中国地区支行服务及管控标准保持一致.

Above key responsibilities and selection criteria are the major assessment to assess the staff if qualified during probation and competent after probation. Failing to satisfy any of the aforesaid requirements, or failing to pass related new jointer training (including but not limited to the CPBB Essentials and Financial Solutions training), the employee will be deemed not meet the recruitment requirement for passing probation, and the Bank is entitled to terminate the employee's employment contract immediately. For employee who has passed the probation, failing to pass the related new joiner trainings (including but not limited to the CPBB Essentials and Financial Solutions training) and will be taken as assessment basis for job incompetency.
