- Ensuring sales activities comply with ABB HSE requirements
- Establishing and maintaining effective & long term customer relationships
- Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
- Identifying and developing sales opportunities for weighing products in China according to defined sales plans, and using ABB company tools
- Preparing technical & commercial proposals, and discuss/negotiate with customers
- Supporting project management for successful execution throughout whole project period
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Sales experience for at least 5 years in Weighing products
- Familiar with weighing business and market in China, especially for Metals industry
- Good communication skills
- Good English both in oral and written
- Good Team-working ability
- Willing to travel frequently
