    About the Role:

    The purpose of this role is to achieve sales targets of the Hema customers assigned by developing a profitable business, analysing their performance, creating customer plans, implementing promotions, negotiating contracts and joint business plans, managing the budget assigned etc.

    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Sales Strategy

    2. Sales Forecast, Budget and Objectives

    3. Negotiation

    4. Trade Spending management for the customers assigned

    5. Deployment & Control
