- 1.带领技术团队,为IEGG旗下游戏工作室提供全面的技术支持,涵盖引擎优化、开发工具创新及游戏服务完善等方面;2.积极推动游戏开发技术的创新升级,为游戏工作室的技术团队提供战略指导和专业辅导;3.有效管理与国内外游戏工作室的合作关系,确保各项游戏项目的顺利推进和成功上线;4.与游戏工作室的核心团队保持紧密协作,确保技术方案的准确实施和有效执行;5.持续关注行业动态和技术发展趋势,为公司决策提供有力支持。 岗位要求
- 1.计算机科学或相关领域本科及以上学历,对虚幻引擎有深入研究和实践者优先;2.至少8年以上游戏开发经验,其中至少5年在PC/主机平台担任核心开发角色;3.具备丰富的游戏工作室合作管理经验,优先考虑有国际知名游戏工作室合作经历的人选;4.精通普通话和英语,能够在国际环境中高效沟通和交流;5.出色的领导力、团队协作能力和问题解决技巧;6.可base在中国或欧洲,地点开放。
